As far as the work I personally witnessed I think it was beyond outstanding. I’m very happy. You can be sure this building is well covered. They went over and above making sure everything was done not only properly but fully complete even when certain tasks fell on their lap that they weren’t truly responsible for. Gutters mainly but drainage too. Both crews had great work ethics and determination to fix the roof and water management to every detail.  It was impressive. My favorite part is the dock. All the rust has been removed and painted with a silver metallic paint (i-beams and support polls) and a brand new white sheet metal roof for 200’. It’s really nice.
It’s exciting to be honest. This work Has given me so much pride to see this business grow like it has and the old building has never looked so good. I had the AC crew out while the roofers were here so the crew could manage the water drains from both units while my AC guy was checking flashing and seals around the two big units. After the PM’s on the units were done both roofer and AC guys were very happy.
